Founded in 2013 by graphic designer Alejandra Torres, Hombre Necio unites screen printing and illustration to celebrate the creative, technical, and manual processes of graphic art. Each jacket is made from 100% natural fibers that are both durable and breathable for effortless style. We're pleased to present this item in celebration of ancient American art in the new Michael C. Rockefeller Wing. Organized around nearly 700 works that foreground the artistic legacy of Indigenous artists across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean prior to 1600 CE, this stunning reinstallation reintroduces this extraordinary collection to a new generation of visitors while providing greater illumination of the ancestral arts of the Americas.
